My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, perfect for relaxing or exploring the local area. The service was friendly, although there were some issues with the rooms that made my stay less comfortable than I had hoped. Dining was okay but could have been better for the price paid.

Rooms
5.0
My room was pretty rough and uncomfortable, lacking hot water. It would have been unacceptable even if that's what I booked. Additionally, the blaring A/C unit was a nuisance.
Service
7.0
The service was fairly friendly, always polite, respectful, and helpful. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.
Location
8.0
The location was relaxing, and I enjoyed breakfast and cocktails with other guests. It was central, with easy access to shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. However, the room's location involved climbing 99 steps and a steep driveway.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was okay, especially for breakfast. The food was cooked to order and good, although more signage is needed for better accessibility.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent but could use improvement for the price paid.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants and shopping options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming and helpful, but the dining experience fell short in quality. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.

Rooms
8.0
My room was clean, had cold A/C, free WiFi, and a TV with satellite channels. Although the view was beautiful, some areas needed more attention like peeling paint and dirty tile and grout.
Service

The staff was very nice and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their friendliness added to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was central, just a walk away from the main area in Charlotte Amalie. I loved how close it was to everything, and the view of the waterfront from the veranda was stunning.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was underwhelming, with a lackluster breakfast. I had to give feedback about the quality of some items, but the convenience of having meals delivered to the table was a plus.
Facilities
7.0
The overall facilities were good, although some areas needed maintenance and improvement to match the hotel's standard. Nonetheless, the amenities provided added value to my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's lovely view from my room. The cleanliness was great overall, although there were some issues with the grout in the shower. The service was exceptional and very friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offered stunning views of the harbor but had some drawbacks during the night. The dining experience was convenient with grab-and-go options, although I wished for more variety in breakfast. Overall, considering the price and other amenities in the area, it was a decent deal.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in had a beautiful view and was adequately clean, except for the grout issues in the shower.
Service
9.0
The service was outstanding, with staff members being very nice, helpful, and exceptionally friendly throughout my stay.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was great, offering amazing views of the harbor and city below. However, the area was not the best at night, which was a downside.
Dining
7.0
The grab-and-go dining options were convenient, but I felt there could have been more variety, especially for breakfast.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had all the basic facilities I needed for my stay, making it comfortable and convenient.
